2) Amasado: La resina obtenida de la reacción generalmente se mezcla con pulpa en una amasadora, y el producto obtenido después del amasado es un recubrimiento de resina y pulpa. El tiempo de mezclado en la amasadora es generalmente entre 60-80min.
3) Secado: El proceso de secado se utiliza principalmente para eliminar la humedad del producto. En general, se usa un secador de banda grande para la deshidratación y se obtienen partículas irregulares después de la deshidratación. El tiempo de secado es generalmente de 2,5 h a 3 h, y la salida de la secadora generalmente se establece en 1 T/h. .
4) Molienda de bolas: a través de la fuerza de corte e impacto entre las bolas de cerámica en el molino de bolas, las partículas se muelen finamente. El tiempo de molienda de bolas es generalmente más de 10 horas. En áreas donde la temperatura es relativamente alta, es necesario equipar un refrigerador especial para producir agua de enfriamiento para suministrar al molino de bolas.
5) Cribado y envasado: incluso después de un largo período de molienda, todavía quedan algunos materiales gruesos o impurezas en el material, que se pueden filtrar a través de una criba vibratoria para que la finura del producto alcance un estándar uniforme.
